DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS:
A deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is required within five (5) business days to confirm the reservation. Final payment is due sixty (60) days (ninety (90) days for Winter reservations) prior to departure date.
Forms of Payment: We accept bank transfers, cashiers checks, MC & Visa.
Bank transfers – add Cayman Islands bank fees USD $ 15.00
MC & Visa – can not be accepted with discounted rates or special offers

Payments sent other than FedEx (or courier company servicing the Cayman Islands) will not be received on time.
Dates can be held 24 hours for airline reservations to be made, once confirmed we will hold for an additional 5 business days pending receipt of deposit.
Due to the lengthy arrival process, Immigration, Customs, and rental car service, we can not currently accommodation plane arrivals later than 5pm. A 5pm plane arrival generally constitutes a house arrival of 7pm or later.

MINIMUM STAYS:
7 nights minimum is required
LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS:
We do accept last minute reservations; however, any reservation received within thirty days (30) of arrival date is subject to a full payment deposit or immediate wire transfer or credit card, no other payment option is available for this late booking.
CHECK IN/OUT TIME:
Check in time is generally around 3:00pm – Early checks in can be arranged if there are no checks outs on the day of your arrival.
Check out is at 11:00am – Late check outs can be arranged but this can only be done at the end of your stay in order to facilitate last minute reservations. Check out's at 12 noon USD $ 40.00, check out's after 12 noon USD $ 90 - USD $ 110.00 (room rental rates other rates apply for house rentals)
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of 20% of the total rental cost. Cancellations received sixty (60) days or less prior to departure date are subject to a 35% charge. Cancellations received thirty (30) days or less prior to departure are NON-REFUNDABLE. High Season/Peak Season cancellations are generally NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferred to future stays, availability permitting.
Island Dream Villas, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, strongly suggest that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
SECURITY AND DAMAGE DEPOSITS: A US $ 300.00 refundable damage deposit is required. The deposit is held on a Visa or MC and released once the property has been checked after your departure (released within 10 days of your departure date)
OCCUPANCY BY NUMBERS: No parties, weddings or large gatherings are allowed to be held at the Grand Cayman Islands vacation homes without written permission. The Cayman Island vacation rentals can not be occupied by more persons than specified in agreement.
