Please Note:

Saturdays & Sundays are not normal working days; therefore, any arrivals on these days are billed additionally.

All “licensed” rental properties in the Cayman Islands are subject to the Cayman Islands Government Hotel tax of 10%, there is no exception.

Strict occupancy allowance adhered to.

This is a private home not a hotel and services are limited to normal working hours. Any problems with the exception of emergencies, encountered/reported before after 4pm will not be attended to until next day.

Gratuities are not billed but are appreciated.
