Private rental quests may use our laundry facilities but we do not provide clean towels or linens, re-stock toilet paper, bath soaps or shampoos. With private rentals (unless maid service is included) we do not clean up after you, you are required to wash any dishes used, tidy the kitchen and all other areas after each use and take out your trash.

A very good beach for sand is the Colliers Public Beach in East End.
A great secluded beach getaway is the Barefoot Beach in East End.
A beach for the best snorkeling is the beach at the West Bay Cemetery in West Bay.
A beach for good swimming, sand and clear ocean floors is the Rum Point Club beach in Rum Point.
The beaches listed above are all mainly public and most are maintained by the Cayman Islands Government.

Our cook will prepare a full breakfast for you each weekday (no service on weekends or Public Holidays).
Breakfast consist of 2 food items each morning and may include eggs, toast, muffins, jams, sausages and fruit. Coffee and juice are also available with breakfast.
Weekends you will find a self catered mixture which may include cereals, muffins, toast and jams.

The rear of our Grand Cayman villa rental, Tropical Breeze Bed & Breakfast villa vacation, has multi level decks for tanning, BBQ’s, hanging out or even some alone time. One deck has the BBQ grill and a picnic table for outdoor dining and sheer relaxation, another has plastic Adirondack chairs that can be taken across to the beach as well as an alfresco shower for rinsing off after an amazing snorkel or invigorating swim and yet another level has a second picnic table. All levels are connected and make for a great outdoor social gathering place.
We have a 16’x16” cabana at the rear of the property that is made for the perfect BBQ with friends, looking at the “hell like” limestone rock formations in the rear or just relaxing with a good book.
The Grand Cayman Island vacation villa rental has some snorkel gear, some water shoes, beach towels, beach umbrellas and an ice chest, that can be arranged (items may have to be rented).

If our property was “prime beach” location we would not be a “budget priced”, economical place to stay on Grand Cayman.
We have some of the cheapest rates and are probably the most affordable place on Grand Cayman for the amenities offered.
