As a Caymanian and owner of Tropical Breeze, I would like to extend a warm welcome to you. Knowing that many of the Grand Cayman private vacation homes discriminate against locals, I’d like to extend the opportunity for all to experience my beachside home and to receive the enjoyment that my family and I have each time we visit. While we are not a "motel" and do not offer our home for Grand Cayman vila rentals as such, it would be a pleasure to have you stay for the weekend. We know that Caymanians like to getaway and party but we ask that you respect our home and request that no smoking or excessive boozing is carried on while you are a guest of this Grand Cayman villa home.
Tropical Breeze is our “special place”. This Grand Cayman vill home and it’s Grand Caymen gardens evokes a feeling of time gone by, a time that most of us will never knew but a Grand Cayman heritage we wish we could share with our children. The multi level terraces and steps down to the lush native gardens deliver the drama of stepping into an old Caymanian yard, filled with native Caymanian foliage, including plantains, lilies, lime, calabash and cordia. We have a white sand walkway leading out to our updated version of the old caboose, a lovely 16x16 cabana with a BBQ grill (replacing the wood burning caboose), picnic tables for that together family dining and even a hammock to rock in when you’re “stuffed to the brim”.

This has been done in efforts to give visitors to our site or our home, a realization of season changes to the beach and surroundings of our property.
We are not responsible for conditions of neighboring properties. We make no claims of having a manicured Grand Cayman beach. We can not by law (by the directions of the Department of Environment of the Cayman Islands) remove turtle grass from the ocean. We can not by law (by the directions of the Department of Environment of the Cayman Islands) remove sea rocks from the beach.
We can not and do not make promises or guarantees as to the weather conditions at any given day of the year.
Our cheap Grand Cayman vacation prices do not allow for resort type accommodations. We are budget conscious place to stay in the Cayman islands.
If our property was “prime beach” location we would not be a “budget priced”, economical place to stay on Grand Cayman.
We have some of the cheapest rates and are probably the most affordable place on Grand Cayman for the amenities offered.
