Our location gives true meaning to being “centrally located”. While visiting our Cayman villas you will find yourself in a genuine central location that puts you within 1-35 minutes to all island activities in every direction.
Tropical Breeze Bed & Breakfast, Grand Cayman Island @ Cayman Seaside Villas is located after the district of Bodden Town and just before the community of Breakers. If you get to the Lighthouse Restaurant, you have gone too far east, turn around and go back just under 1 mile.

We can not and do not make promises or guarantees as to the weather conditions at any given day of the year.
Our cheap Grand Cayman vacation prices do not allow for resort type accommodations. We are budget conscious place to stay in the Cayman islands.
If our property was “prime beach” location we would not be a “budget priced”, economical place to stay on Grand Cayman.
We have some of the cheapest rates and are probably the most affordable place on Grand Cayman for the amenities offered.
